Ability to handle customer inquiries (Call center)
Responding to customers through the phone and social media platforms
Liaison with the concerned departments to resolve customer complaints
Workplace: North of Riyadh
Effective communication skills;
Self-control and lack of reaction while dealing with angry customer;
Decency and well-behaved;
Computer proficiency;
Ability to use social media platforms;
Fluency in English is preferred (additional edge);
A minimum of two years of experience in customer services is required (Call Center).
